EcoClad – White & Brown Cladding

This is a binate finish — two tones blended across the panel face — combining white and warm brown in proportions that read as light, airy, and distinctly warmer than a plain white panel.

The binate effect replicates what happens naturally in timber grain, where different growth rings carry different pigment densities and create the tonal variation that makes natural wood look alive. On a panel face, this variation breaks up the flat, uniform appearance that single-colour composite boards can carry, and creates a surface that rewards a closer look — more interesting, more genuine-feeling, more considered than a monochrome finish.

The White & Brown palette works beautifully in Australian coastal and suburban contexts where bright natural light is the backdrop. Against cream or white render it reads as a warm highlight material; against dark painted render or Colorbond it provides strong contrast.
